Wedding 3 Photography ‘Cotswold’ option has six hours of photography included and you have the option to extend the hours.
The Cotswold wedding photography package with the yourcotswoldwedding.co.uk team starts way before the big day. We meet with you both for a pre-wedding consultation either at your home, your wedding location, or at our Studio near Cirencester. This is when we get to know you and find out more about you, your style, and most importantly hear all about your plans for your big day! We will also talk about the style of photographic representation you would like to capture your wedding day. Of course it doesn’t end there; we keep in regular contact with you throughout the time leading up to your wedding day.
On your wedding day we are with you for six consecutive hours covering your special wedding moments. We only take one wedding booking per photographer per day so you are able to choose the hours we are in attendance to suit your day. You can also add on additional hours at a cost per hour if you would like this package but would like us to be there photographing your special day for longer than the allocated six hours, for example if you wanted us to photograph the evening party, etc.
On your return from your honeymoon or when appropriate for you, we then supply you with up to 200 hi-resolution images on a DVD for you to then print and create with as you would like. The cost of this package also includes up to fifteen hours digital retouching of your images.
In addition we upload your photographs (after you have seen them first) onto our private online gallery. We will provide you with a password which you can give to your family and friends, they can also view and order prints, posters, and canvases direct from us online to save you the expense of fulfilling everyone’s requests! The gallery works as a slide show and allows you to zoom in, compare pictures side by side, view each picture in sepia, black & white and colour – this means that you can choose how you would like your images produced. You can also email your friends and family with your favourites.
We also include a 5″ x 5″ 30 side hardback Photobook with this option!

Please note that we cover weddings all over the UK and abroad. Additional costs are as follows and will be factored into your estimate so that you receive a full cost for budgeting purposes:
Mileage at 40p per mile for all miles over a 35 mile radius of GL7 5HY
Overnight stays: if the photographer(s) is required to stay overnight a cost of £150 per photographer per night will be levied.
Overseas weddings: we are delighted to cover overseas weddings, and will provide an additional estimate for overseas travel and accommodation if required.
