Wedding 5 Photography ‘wedding of the year’ option

The ‘wedding of the year’ photography option is our premium service with bespoke photography covering the whole wedding day, including all our extra pre-wedding photography services (see below) making this our most comprehensive wedding photography option.

We cover your entire wedding day and evening reception (up to 12 hours), with two photographers in attendance ensuring that all the detail shots are also captured, the scenes going on when you are away being photographed are captured, or those scenes at the other end of the dance floor, to provide a truly memorable record of your day.

The ‘wedding of the year’ photography package gives you so much more than the photography on your wedding day alone. We also provide you with the following:

Engagement portrait session

The perfect way for you to celebrate your engagement, and to also have a practice run with your photographer before your wedding day. Shot on location or at our Studio. Images from this session can be used as you would like, for example; Save the Date cards, Guest Book Albums, Wedding Invitations, gifts for family and friends, or even as a photographic representation at your wedding reception. Pre-wedding bridal portrait session

The opportunity for a full “dress-rehearsal” for the Bride.

The pre-wedding bridal photography session is a traditional studio session for the girls only! It’s a great opportunity for you to have a trial run with hair, make-up, dress, and accessories. And of course Mum’s, bridesmaids, sisters, etc are invited and will all be made to feel welcome with a glass of champagne. The images from this studio photography session are a great gift; for your family as well as a beautiful keepsake that can be incorporated into your wedding album or ordered as individual prints.

Boudoir session – “For his or her eyes only”

Every bride should feel fantastic, sexy, and beautiful on her big day. Whatever your body shape or size we want you to feel amazing. We lock the door and have a giggle! A sexy studio session (shot by a female photographer if you prefer) that represents you as an individual and shows off your most foxy feminine side, think Gok making you look good naked! The options are endless but always tasteful, providing a great time to unwind, get away from the planning and just have fun! After the shoot we will retouch the photographs to ensure you look picture perfect in every way. This results of this session are often used as a gift from the bride to the groom.

The final photographic images from the sessions above are retouched high resolution images and are provided copy-write free (for your personal use), and written to DVD. We can also provide you with prints (framed or unframed), canvases, etc. Please ask for details and prices.

So, back to the wedding day photography…

The Cotswold wedding photography package with the yourcotswoldwedding.co.uk team starts long before the big day. We meet with you both initially for a pre-wedding consultation either at your home, your wedding location, or at our Studio near Cirencester. This is when we get to know you and find out more about you, your style, and most importantly hear all about your plans for your big day! We will also talk about the style of photographic representation you would like to capture your wedding day. Of course it doesn’t end there; we keep in regular contact with you throughout the time leading up to your wedding day.

On your wedding day we are with you for the whole day (up to 12 consecutive hours) covering your special wedding moments, and you choose the hours we are in attendance. All timings are made to suit you and your wedding day plans so just let us know what time you would like us to start from and we will be there giving you beautiful and creative photography for your whole wedding day.

We have two photographers in attendance on your big day, to capture all of the most cherished moments, and also to be in two places at once! For example one photographer will be with the boys before the wedding and one with the girls!

On your return from your honeymoon or when appropriate for you, we meet with you again either at your home or the Studio to view your wedding photographs which are all created as hi-resolution images. These will also be supplied to you on a DVD at this time.  You will also own the copy right which we will sign across to you. The cost of this package also includes up to twenty five hours digital retouching of your wedding day images.

In addition we upload your photographs (after you have seen them first) onto our private online gallery. We will provide you with a password which you can give to your family and friends, they can also view and order prints, posters, and canvases direct from us online to save you the expense of fulfilling everyone’s requests! The gallery works as a slide show and allows you to zoom in, compare pictures side by side, view each picture in sepia, black & white and colour – this means that you can choose how you would like your images produced. You can also email your friends and family with your favourites.

We also include a 10″ x 10″ 40 side hardback Photobook with this option!

Please note that we cover weddings all over the UK and abroad. Additional costs are as follows and will be factored into your estimate so that you receive a full cost for budgeting purposes:

Mileage at 40p per mile for all miles over a 35 mile radius of GL7 5HY

Overnight stays: if the photographer(s) is required to stay overnight a cost of £150 per photographer per night will be levied.

Overseas weddings: we are delighted to cover overseas weddings, and will provide an additional estimate for overseas travel and accommodation if required.
